MacKeeper™ Hits 20 Million Downloads Worldwide
In March 2015 MacKeeper celebrates a new milestone: it has surpassed 20 million downloads worldwide. With this, MacKeeper has reinforced its position as a leading security and optimization tool for Mac OS. MacKeeper has once again emphasized its success, this time in the customer support area.
Alexander Kernishniuk, CEO of the company, feels grateful for reaching 20 million downloads: “This is a very important milestone for all of our teams working to make our service better. It marks that we are on the right way and confirms once again our status as one of the most trusted products among users. Customer Care and Support have been very important focus areas for us, and the success shows that we are on the right track with our approach.”
The brand new MacKeeper 3.x was first introduced at the MacWorld in 2014 and fully showcased at the International CES 2015 in Las Vegas as the first software in the MacKeeper lineup that came equipped with the “Human Inside” technology, a customer assistance component integrated right into the software. With it, users no longer need to look for customer support phone numbers or emails. With just one click from within the interface their SOS signals will be heard and promptly dealt with. MacKeeper was featured internationally in 18 languages in more than 75 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Germany.
