We greatly value your feedback and strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with our products and services.

However, if you are not entirely satisfied with MacKeeper software or services, including MacKeeper Premium Services ("MKPS"), Security Tech Care (“STC”), or Performance Tech Care (“PTC”) by MKPS, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Im Rahmen unserer 30-Tage-Geld-zurück-Garantie haben Sie beim Kauf von Halbjahres- und Jahresabonnements Anspruch auf eine vollständige Erstattung, wenn Sie diese innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kaufdatum (Erstkauf) beantragen.

NOTE: If the MacKeeper license is used for more than 6 months, it becomes non-refundable.

Monthly subscriptions (month to month renewals):
The purchase of a monthly subscription is eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the date of purchase. NOTE: Refunds outside of the outlined periods may be considered at our discretion. If you are unable to request a refund within our refund request form, please contact us directly via email: billing@mackeeper.com

MKPS, STC, PTC

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all subscription plans of Premium Services, STC, and PTC. These terms apply to both initial purchases and subsequent rebills of the subscription plans.

Please note that refund requests are only accepted during the active subscription period. Any requests made outside these terms may be reviewed at our discretion.

Refund After 14 Days for MKPS. If you request a refund after 14 days but within 6 months of your payment (including any rebills), you may receive a partial refund based on the cost difference between your plan and a 1-month plan (USD 199).

Note: However, if you have had your devices fixed more than 3 times during the 6 months, then an additional $69 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for every next fix that came after the third one. Non-applicable to STC and PTC.

Non-Refundable Cases. If you have used the service for more than 6 months or 10 times during the 6 months, the subscription becomes non-refundable.

Refund After 14 Days for STC and PTC. If you request a refund after 14 days but within 3 months of your payment (including any rebills), you may be eligible for a partial refund, calculated based on the cost difference between your plan and USD 99. Refund requests made after 3 months but within 6 months will not be eligible for any refund.

WIE LÄUFT EINE KOSTENERSTATTUNG AB?

1. Submit a Request:

2. Überprüfung:
Sobald Ihr Antrag eingegangen ist, wird er vom Kundensupport-Team geprüft und bearbeitet. Das dauert zwischen einem und fünf Werktagen.

3. Zeitrahmen für die Erstattung:
Sobald die Erstattung genehmigt ist, dauert deren Abwicklung zwischen fünf und fünfzehn Werktagen, je nach der Bearbeitungszeit Ihrer Bank. Bitte beachten Sie: Bearbeitungsgebühren sind nicht erstattungsfähig.

Important Notes. After a refund is issued, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the software from your device(s). Continued use of any of our products or services after a refund has been issued is strictly prohibited, and any previously granted licenses will be revoked.
