Maria Isabel has always had a passion for languages. However, it was during her Erasmus exchange in Edinburgh, Scotland, that she realized that translation and interpreting were her vocation. Meticulous by nature, she strives to create a bridge between languages, taking care to preserve the codes specific to each language and the original meaning. She also contributed to the French version of Crystal Palace soccer club's mobile application. Maria Isabel then spent over two years translating marketing, technical, and legal content—mainly for the sports and gaming industries. More recently, Maria Isabel has broadened her horizons by becoming a media researcher (entertainment, sport, politics, business, etc.) in London.

Born in Venezuela, Maria Isabel moved to France at the age of ten, where French quickly became the language in which she thought and expressed herself. Today, she combines her role as a media researcher with that of a freelance translator. A loyal Apple user for over ten years, she naturally turned to creating content for the MacKeeper blog.

One of the reasons she moved to London was her love of soccer, which she follows with a particular passion, including attending her favorite team's games. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising and discovering new cafés in the city.
