At Clario Tech DMCC (“Clario”) we value any feedback and do everything to make our customers happy with our products and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with MacKeeper or Premium Services, you can get a refund according to the terms outlined below.

If you made a purchase from elsewhere than the https://mackeeper.com website, please contact the store or reseller from which the copy was obtained directly.

ARE YOU ENTITLED TO A REFUND?

MACKEEPER

Clario offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for MacKeeper software.

A refund requested after the first 14 days is given only in case of technical issues directly related to MacKeeper. Our company provides all possible kinds of support, including email support, and live chat. So, if the customer does not follow the instructions, uses incorrect setup, or refuses to use our technical assistance, we have the right to decline your refund request. Refunds can not be given in case of general computer or internet problems unrelated to MacKeeper, or inability to download MacKeeper from the Internet.

Certain refund requests may be considered by our company on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.

A refund can be claimed only during the subscription period. If the software is used for more than 6 months, it becomes non-refundable.

PREMIUM SERVICES

Clario offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for Premium Services. After 30 days, but within 6 months from the date of purchase, the customer can receive a refund in the amount that corresponds to the difference between the price of the subscription plan and the price of a 1-month plan ($199). However, if the customer had their devices fixed more than 3 times during the 6-month period, then additional $69 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for every next fix that came after the third one.

A refund request can be claimed only during the subscription period. If the service is used for more than 6 months, it becomes non-refundable. If you use the service 10 times within the 6-month period, it also becomes non-refundable.

Certain refund requests may be considered by our company on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.

WHAT IS THE REFUND PROCEDURE?

Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed and processed by our Customer Support and shall require from 1 to 5 business days to process the received materials and give an initial response, unless a refund can not be performed due to the conditions set forth herein.

Refunds are processed from 5 to 15 business days — the amount of time needed by the bank to process the payment. All processing fees are non-refundable.

Once a refund is given, further usage of MacKeeper or Premium Services becomes illegal and all granted licenses are rendered null and void. So, you must uninstall the software or terminate using the services.
