How to cancel your MacKeeper and/or MacKeeper Premium Services subscription.

1. In your MacKeeper account

Log in to your account, click Manage subscription on your license card, and hit Turn off your auto-renewal protection. Find more details here.

2. Via email

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from us or our authorized merchant. This email will include either a direct cancellation link or instructions on how to contact us.

Alternatively, you can send a cancellation request directly to our team at billing@mackeeper.com.

Call any of the numbers below to request cancellation:
