Refund Policy

At Clario Tech DMCC (“Clario”) we value any feedback and do everything to make our customers happy with our products and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with MacKeeper or Premium Services, you can get a refund according to the terms outlined below.

ARE YOU ENTITLED TO A REFUND?

MACKEEPER

Semi-annual and Annual subscriptions:
Under our 30-day Money Back Guarantee, the purchase of semi-annual and annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund, if requested within 30-days of the date of purchase.

If the MacKeeper license is used for more than 6 months, it becomes non-refundable.

Monthly subscriptions (month to month renewals):
The purchase of a monthly subscription is eligible for a full refund, if requested within 14-days of the date of purchase.

Certain refund requests may be considered by our company on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion. If you are unable to request a refund within our refund request form, please contact us directly via email: billing@mackeeper.com.

PREMIUM SERVICES

Clario offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all subscription plans of Premium Services.

After 14 days, but within 6 months from the date of purchase, the customer can receive a refund in the amount that corresponds to the difference between the price of the subscription plan and the cost of a 1-month plan ($199). However, if you have had your devices fixed more than 3 times during the 6-month period, then an additional $69 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for every next fix that came after the third one.

A refund request can be claimed only during the subscription period. If you used the service more than 6 months or 10 times within the 6-month period, it becomes non-refundable.

Certain refund requests may be considered by our company on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.

WHAT IS THE REFUND PROCEDURE?

Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed and processed by our Customer Support and shall require from 1 to 5 business days to process the received materials and give an initial response, unless a refund can not be performed due to the conditions set forth herein.

Refunds are processed from 5 to 15 business days — the amount of time needed by the bank to process the payment. All processing fees are non-refundable.

Upon cancellation or refund, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the software from your device(s). Once a refund is given, further usage of MacKeeper or Premium Services becomes illegal and all granted licenses are rendered null and void.
